Walletly operates on a guest checkout basis. No account registration is required to make a purchase. By submitting your information at checkout, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.
Walletly sells digital gift cards for various third-party brands. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and denominations but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
All gift cards sold on Walletly are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical shipment will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate.
Gift cards purchased through Walletly are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand (e.g., Google Play, Amazon Pay, Steam). Walletly is not responsible for how third-party brands honor or restrict the use of their gift cards.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to defraud Walletly, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walletly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any gift card purchased through it.
All brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on Walletly belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Walletly is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
