Walletly exclusively sells digital gift cards. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in any order placed on our platform. This page explains how delivery works.
All gift cards purchased on Walletly are delivered electronically. There are no physical items to ship, no courier tracking, and no shipping fees of any kind.
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your gift card code is generated and delivered to the email address provided at checkout — typically within a few minutes. There is no waiting period, and orders are not subject to standard shipping timelines.
Your gift card code will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please check your inbox, and if you don't see it within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Please double-check your email address before completing checkout. If you entered an incorrect email and have not yet received your code, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID so we can assist.
While delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases, occasional delays may occur due to email provider issues outside our control. If you experience a delay beyond 30 minutes, please reach out to our support team.
Since our products are entirely digital, there are no geographic shipping restrictions. However, redemption of certain gift cards may be limited to specific regions depending on the issuing brand's own policies.
